December 2--Butter Braid

Ok, sometimes I cheat.  I didn't actually make this breakfast.  Every year, someone we know is selling these butter braids.  A trip to D.C., a band fundraiser, new uniforms for the football team...I don't really care what it is, I always buy one!  They are so yummy.  This year, I chose the blueberry-cream cheese.  It did not disappoint!

 Just look at that!  It's so glorious in all it's flakey, golden goodness.

Maybe some year, I'll try to make my own, but for now,

as long as some kid needs a new tuba, I'll buy a butter braid.
