December 4--Fried Egg Sandwich

So, this one's kind of boring.  But I had to come up with something to make for Alex before he went to jazz band at 7 AND something everyone else could eat at regular breakfast time.  There's nothing wrong with an egg sandwich, especially when you make it with a yummy, crisp sourdough bread.
