December 3--Baked Oatmeal

This is an old stand-by.  I got this recipe from my sister-in-law (I still use the hand-written recipe she gave to me about 12 years ago!), who got it from a friend whose in-laws ran a cafe in town.  I think that's where it came from.  Anyway, it's delicious and simple.  Perfect choice for a Monday morning.

Topped with vanilla yogurt and a warm strawberry sauce--it's perfect!
